Maximize your recruitment efforts by participating in the Bobcat Networking Reception Roam and Veterans Networking Coffee - both FREE with your Fair registration!

  • The Bobcat Networking Reception Roam is open to all majors and industries, offering the opportunity to connect with students in a casual setting the evening prior to the Fair. Students will be roaming the event, so we encourage employers to bring multiple representatives to ensure coverage across the areas they wish to engage with students. Use the BOBCAT NETWORKING RECEPTION ROAM MAP to help your representatives navigate the event and engage with students in targeted areas. 
  • Veterans Networking Coffee provides a unique opportunity to connect with our student Veterans in a relaxed setting the morning before the Fair. Build meaningful relationships and discover the exceptional skills and experiences these students bring to the table.

While registration for networking events is encouraged, it is not required. If you choose to register your company, please ensure that a representative will be present. We share this detailed information with students as they prepare for the Job & Internship Fair week.

 

Add Names & Emails of Representatives: Please ensure you register the names and emails of all attending representatives in advance to help streamline the check-in process. Send this information to careers@montana.edu by Monday, February 17. For changes after this date, representatives can visit the employer check-in table at the fair. 

Electricity and Anti-Fatigue Mats: If your booth requires electricity or anti-fatigue mats, please reserve these items in advance. A $30 fee will be added to your registration. To order, email halley.perry@montana.edu.

On-Campus Interview Tables: If you are interested in reserving tables for on-campus interviews, there is still availability. The fee for a full day of interviews, 8 am - 5 pm, is $175.

Fitted Tablecloths: We kindly request that you avoid bringing fitted tablecloths to ensure a smooth setup process.
 As a reminder, unless you are a premium sponsor or an 8 foot end cap table sponsor, your registration is for a "space" on shared tables, not an individual table.  


Registrants will receive a host email a week before the Fair with parking information, a campus map, and other details.

*All registrations come with breakfast and lunch tickets for representatives and access to all networking events. 

*At additional costs, you can order anti fatigue mats, electricity, and on-campus interviews. Sponsors are given anti fatigue mats and electricity with their registration.

Before completing your registration, please take a moment to review the following important reminders:

  • Entering Name of Representatives: We encourage all employers attending the fair to register their attendees in advance. This will help us streamline the check-in process and ensure a smoother experience for everyone. You can register attendees by visiting your registration at HireABobcat account.
  • Avoid Bringing Fitted Tablecloths: To facilitate an organized and efficient setup, we kindly request that employers refrain from bringing fitted table cloths to the fair. Your registration may be for a space versus an individual table.  You can verify this through HireABobcat or on your invoice. 
  • Post Job/Internship Opportunities: Just as a reminder, post your job and internship opportunities on HireABobcat. You can add them to your registration for students to see before the fair.  

Important: Please have packages arrive on or after Wednesday, February 19th.

Return Shipping Instructions:

  1. Labels: Please provide your own return shipping labels for your packages.
  2. After the Fair:
    Once the fair is over, leave your packages that are ready to ship on the designated tables.
  3. Pickup Schedule:
    We have scheduled a pickup for UPS and FedEx on Thursday, February 27. If you are using either of these carriers, your packages will be collected from Room 236.

For any other shipping carrier, please arrange for pickup independently.
