MSU On-Campus Housing

On-Campus Accommodation Information:
We have reserved a block of rooms in Hyalite Hall, one of Montana State's residence halls. Some general information about summer housing on campus is listed below. More information can be found through this link to the summer housing website.
General information:
- The cost is $60 per room, and up to two guests may stay in a room
- Check in: After 3:00pm on the day of your arrival
- Check out: Before 11:00am on the day of your departure
- All rooms have twin beds
- All buildings are traditional-style residence halls, meaning that there is a community bathroom down the hall.
- Buildings do NOT have air conditioning
- Staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you
- Fresh bed linens (blanket, sheets, pillow, pillowcase) and towels are provided upon arrival
- Bathrooms are located on each floor
- Important note on dates:
- Currently, we have only reserved the room block for Friday night of the conference (May 22, 2026). If conference attendees wish to stay the night on extra days before/after the conference, please fill out this interest form. If we get at least 20 people interested, we can reserve additional nights in on-campus housing.
Booking information:
The online booking portal for the conference will open on March 12, 2026, and close May 5, 2026. Please find the booking portal on the MSU summer housing website at this link.
