The 2024 Women's Leadership Conference is focused around bringing people together. Sessions should be designed around equity and inclusion, sharing knowledge, leadership, technical skills, finances, and more. Overall, there should be an end goal of personal and/or professional development that contributes to benefitting the communities that the partcipants are a part of.
