Registrar's Enrollment Reports

Notice: The UDA website is undergoing significant updates and content reorganization. To simplify reporting and improve flexibility, we will no longer post Registrar's Enrollment Reports after Fall 2026. These reports rely on a legacy data system that is no longer being maintained. Much of this data can now be found in the Enrollment Dashboard. Use the Filters button in the upper right to select the demographic student population you wish you analyze. If you need additional data, please email datarequests@montana.edu. 

The Registrar's Office prepares a series of enrollment reports every term. The state reports are prepared in accordance with the Montana Office of the Commissioner for Higher Education. The campus reports provide a more detailed description of enrollment by college, department, major, and option than the reports sent to the state.
