Having Trouble Logging into Canvas?

If you're having issues accessing Canvas, here are a few things to check:

  • New students: Make sure you’re registered for Orientation.

  • Current students: To access Canvas, you must be registered for at least one course in a term after Spring 2025

  • Have a registration hold? Check MyInfo or NavMSU to view and resolve any holds. Once your hold is cleared and you’ve successfully registered, you should be able to log in.

If you’ve taken care of all of the above and still can’t log in, try resetting your NetID password:
