About the Economics Program

This program focuses on building critical thinking, logic and reason. Students learn to organize their thoughts to solve problems rather than simply memorizing subject matter. Courses focus on instilling the desire to learn and preparing students for lifelong learning.

The Bachelor of Science degree in Economics involves:

  • The use of economics to understand current economic activities and problems and their relationship to our social environment.
