Wendy Carr is the Agriculture, Horticulture, and part time 4-H and Youth Development
                                       Extension Agent for Sanders County. Her role includes working with landowners in the
                                       areas of Livestock and Cropping, Noxious Weed ID and Recommendations, Plant ID and
                                       Disease Diagnosis, Pest/Rodent Control, and Education/Training in any of these areas.
                                       She offers services in On-Site Consultations, Weed Seed Free Hay Certifications, Forage
                                       Nitrate and Analysis Testing, Soil Testing, Water Quality Analysis, Ranch Tours, and
                                       oversees the Private Pesticide Applicator Program. In the area of Horticulture, Wendy
                                       can offer support in Gardening Questions and On-Site Visits, Horticulture Classes
                                       and Workshops, Value Added Crops, Farm/Gardening Tours, and manages the Master Gardener
                                       Program. Wendy also helps oversee the 4-H Horse Program, Farm to School, Ag Days and
                                       Agriculture Education in the Classroom. Wendy grew up in Sanders County on a cattle
                                       ranch outside of Hot Springs that has been in her family since the Homestead Days.
                                       4-H and the Agricultural Community she grew up in inspired Wendy to become an Extension
                                       Agent and give back to the community that shaped her. Wendy resides in Plains with
                                       her three daughters and their many animals.
