Montana State welcomes teachers from 20 countries as part of Fulbright program
Montana State International Programs’ collaboration with Bozeman Sunrise Rotary provides funding to international schools
Yui Nakama, Okinawa Global Leadership Program alumna, is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Policy and Public Administration at the George Washington University under the Fulbright scholarship. Her research focuses on Space Safety, Security and Sustainability Policy, drawing upon her background in Economics and International Politics gained at the University of Tokyo, Japan
In January 2024, she started a new job as an assistant for the Summit for Space Sustainability at Secure World Foundation in D.C.
Yui is also a Global Fellow at European Space Policy Institute in Vienna, a Senior Consultant at Euroconsult, and a Space Business Specialist at Green Carbon Inc. in Tokyo.
The Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) Student Leaders Program ignited Wasim Abu Salem's passion for teaching Arabic programming to Arab children in Israel, leading to the creation of Loop, which has now impacted over 15,000 students and incubated start-ups. Now, he's meeting with global dignitaries and inspiring a new generation of MEPI students.
Mohamed Dhaouafi is the founder of CURE, a startup that develops affordable 3D printed prosthetic hands for amputees. CURE was recently recognized by Wamda as one of four startups reshaping Maghreb healthcare.

Wasim Abu Salem, 26, delivered a speech on why traditional education limits our minds at the One Young World Summit in February. Wasim participated in the U.S.-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) program at MSU in 2015.
