Step 3 If adding personnel to an IBC protocol, all the requirements in Step 1 and Step 2 must be completed before advancing to Step 3. If you have a visiting researcher or student with no MSU NetID, contact your department Admin to process Non-employee Appointment Form through Human Resources. |
