MSU Debut 2025: Kick Off Your Bobcat Journey

From food trucks and live music to Catapalooza and the legendary “M” photo, MSU Debut is your chance to dive into campus life, meet new friends, and make Bozeman feel like home. Start the semester with events that bring the Bobcat community together.
Michael Punke to speak at Montana State Aug. 19

Punke, who wrote “The Revenant” and “Fire and Brimstone,” will speak in the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. The event is free and open to the public.

New Bobcat facility opening set for Aug. 18

Culinary Services is offering bottomless drip coffee and fountain soda for less than $1 per day at the Union Market, Norm’s Cafe, the SRO and Brewed Awakening.

MSU faculty, staff and students will receive 50% off purchases at the SUB's Union Market throughout August.

Campus Recreation services will close Aug. 10-17 for an annual deep clean.

MSU's Chemical Inventory Database, SciSure, is now an accessible requirement for all individuals utilizing and storing chemicals on campus.

The SRO coffee shop offers boxes of donuts and coffee, which can be ordered in person or by phone.

Core Facilities is requesting articles mentioning the facilities be reported to track its research activity.

MSU programs using Custer Gallatin National Forest Service land must submit a proposed use form.
