Tuesday, September 29, 2026

Early Employer Check-In: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. Come in early to set up your table. We will have tables, a folder of information, and a kiosk system to check in. 

 

Career Fair Networking Events

Networking Events are FREE for participating companies.

  • Engineering & Computer Science Networking Reception: 4 pm to 6 pm in SUB Ballrooms (Please register on Handshake for Career Fair) 
  • Jabs Networking Night:  5 pm to 7 pm in Jakes Jabs Builing first floor. (Must be registered with Bracket Center)

Wednesday September 30, 2026

Employer Check-In and Information Desk: Starting at 7:00 a.m. at Unloading Area at Brick Breeden Fieldhouse Nothwest Entrance. Check in at the kiosk station to receive your employer badge. Your company folder will be at your table. It will include your schedule, lunch tickets, and other important information.
 
Veterans Early Access (formerly the Veterans Networking Coffee) & Low Stimulus Hour: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Brick Breeden Fieldhouse Meet with MSU Veterans that want to connect with you over coffee. We are also offering students in need of aLow Stimulus access at this time. 
 
Fall 2026  Career Fair Day: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at SUB Ballrooms Connect with MSU Bobcats and get your next great hire!
 
Alumni Access Hour: 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.: For an hour during the fair, we have invited Montana State University Alumni to the Career Fair. They will also be invited to the Wine Down. 
 
Wine Down with MSU Alumni: 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. SUB Ballrooms after the fair. Wine Down is BACK! Free with Fair registration. No need to register. Alumni are invited to attend. 

Thursday October 1, 2026

On Campus Interview Days 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at NEW LOCATION - Student Wellness Center.  Check in at the kiosk, and we will direct you to your interview table. 

 

Employer Information:

Reminder: Please review your invoice to confirm registration for networking events, interview spaces, and any add-ons is accurate.

NOTE: Please arrive early, as these lots are first-come, first-served, and shared with students.

  • Parking is available in Brick Breeden Fieldhouse Lot #15, Stadium Lots #20 and #25, and Lawn Parking near the Stadium and Museum of the Rockies. 
     
  • Reference the Unload/Load and Parking Map for instructions to pay for your parking unless otherwise stated in your career fair registration. Sponsors will get a seperate email with parking instructions. 

You are welcome to ship booth materials for the Fall 2026 Career Fair. Please review the following guidelines:

  • Arrival Date: Materials may not arrive before MONDAY, September 28, 2026.

  • Return Label Required: A prepaid UPS or FedEx return label is required for us to process return shipping.

  • Return Label Tip: We recommend including the return label inside the original box you send. If needed, MSU staff can print a return label for you.

After the Fair:

  • Representatives only need to repack materials, attach the return label, and leave the box at their booth.

  • MSU staff will begin collecting packages at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30 and deliver them to UPS and FedEx.

Post Job/Internship Opportunities: Post your job and internship opportunities on HireABobcat. You can add them to your registration for students to see before the fair. Students can also send their resume before the Fair and connect with you. 

Anti-Fatigue Mats: If your booth requires electricity or anti-fatigue mats, please reserve these items in advance. A $30 fee will be added to your registration. To order, email halley.perry@montana.edu.

SOLD OUT! On-Campus Interview Tables: On Campus Interviews are Sold Out. Contact careers@montana.edu to be placed on a waiting list. 

Fitted Tablecloths: We kindly request that you avoid bringing fitted tablecloths to ensure a smooth setup process.


Registrants have received a host email a week before the Fair.
