Electronic Document Management (EDM) is the management of documents using computer programs and storage rather than in hard-copy format. An EDM system allows users to create a document or capture a hard copy in an electronic form, store, edit, print, process, retrieve and otherwise manage documents. MSU will be using Application Extender by EMC, which will be fully integrated with Banner, but can also be used alone. You can read more at the link below:

Planned EDM Maintenance

EDM will be unavailable beginning Saturday, October 17 while the system is migrated from the current on-premises environment to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

The maintenance window is scheduled through Monday, October 26. We anticipate restoring services earlier if the migration proceeds without unexpected issues.

During this time, users will not be able to access EDM or documents stored in the system.

We will update this notice once maintenance is complete and EDM services have been restored.
