Molly is a dedicated contributor at Montana State University, leading the charge in Student Engagement, personal growth, and teamwork across the MSU campus and the broader Gallatin Valley community. In her role in the Office of Student Engagement, she spearheads innovative initiatives, cultivates a culture of collaboration and high morale, and provides guidance to ASMSU student program chairs & directors- shaping the trajectory of student-led projects. Molly oversees budget management for the Office of Student Engagement and ASMSU, ensuring prudent resource allocation for the benefit of MSU students. Additionally, she collaborates with Student Success to support MSU's strategic plans and initiatives, playing a role in shaping the university's future.

Chris is passionate about bringing students together at Montana State University. Headvises the ASMSU Events team, where he supports student-led programming by advising 8 student directors who take the lead on hosting more than 40 campus programs and events for their peers every year.Chris works closely with the rest of the Office of Student Engagement team to foster community building and service opportunities for a diverse group of Montana State University students.

Kim Cleary

Kim is from the East Coast where she grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Northeastern University in 2018 with her B.S. in Economics and Environmental Studies. After graduating, she moved to Montana to work with the Montana Conservation Corps, soon after moving to Arizona to work as a Program Coordinator for the Arizona Trail Association's youth programs. Eventually moving back to Bozeman, Kim worked as both a ski instructor and pre-school teacher before landing in the Office of Student Engagement at MSU. Kim is passionate about community engagement and education, so she is excited to be working to provide meaningful engagement opportunities for both the Bozeman and Montana State communities.

Erin Bolger

Originally from Northern Wisconsin, Erin's Nordic Skiing career brought her to Montana State University in 2014 where she earned her degree in Exercise Science. During her studies she quickly learned the value of community and became involved in non-profit work and volunteering. She is passionate about bringing people together, whether on campus, in the community or out in nature. Erin lived, worked and adventured in Norway for two years but is back in Bozeman and excited to apply her passions to get students involved on campus and connect them to their own passions.

Ambika Murali

Ambika Murali

Born in India and raised in American Samoa, Ambika grew up celebrating/respecting Indian, Samoan, and other Asian cultures and traditions. Ambika has had to travel internationally many times and to this day, enjoys international travel whenever she gets the chance because it opens her eyes to a bigger world outside of home. Ambika went to Montana State University – Bozeman for undergrad, where she found opportunities for involvement and leadership through the Associated Students of Montana State University (ASMSU) Senate and the Office of Student Engagement. Ambika was an ASMSU Student Senator for three terms, Senate Speaker Pro-Tempore for two terms, and Club Funding Assistant for two years. She loves working with students in the ASMSU/OSE offices, so she started working full-time with OSE in 2022. Ambika is the OSE Admin Specialist. She works on student hiring, manages the Outdoor Program Request process, coordinates Catapalooza, provides fiscal support and functional support for OSE, and provides divisional support for Student Success when needed. When she is not working, Ambika enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, relaxing at home, spending time with her husband, and trying out different restaurants and types of food.

Silas Chotwe

Born and raised in Kitwe, Zambia, I proudly represent the spirit of a first-generation student committed to education. At the University of Zambia, I delved into science with education, setting the stage for my career in teaching. Since 2010, I've been dedicated to nurturing young minds as a high school biology teacher. In 2020, I ventured into a Master of Public Health program at Copperbelt University. Presently, I'm a graduate studentfocusing on curriculum and instruction in the School of Education and Human Development, fueled by a passion for helping students achieve their career aspirations.
