Ryan Richer is an MSU Alumni with a BA in Photography. Ryan moved to Bozeman from Madison, WI to attend college and loved it so much she stayed! Ryan has been involved with the hospitality industry for over 25 years. When not working you can find her biking, skiing, camping, and enjoying the mountains with her husband, son, and dogs.

Bob is a 20 year Montana resident. He spent his formative years exploring the mountains around his childhood home in Ouray Colorado. Bob’s undergraduate studies in geology and geography led to a 30 year career in environmental consulting and conservation advocacy. He has experience in hospitality and event facilitation. Bob enjoys supporting student engagement and the wider MSU community. Bob thrives on the region’s many outdoor adventure opportunities with his family in between youth sports trips.

Orlinda Lusher, also known as Orlinda Worthington during her 25-year career in broadcasting. joined the event and conference team in October 2024. She brings 20 years of experience as Montana television news anchor, producer, and reporter, and most recently as host of Morning Edition on Yellowstone Public Radio. She achieved three E.B. Craney awards in broadcasting and a “Best of the Northwest Talk Show,” award for a program produced for community television. Orlinda is a native of northern Wyoming, and has lived in Montana since 1997,

A lifetime resident of Montana and an MSU alumni, Lexi brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, making excellent customer service her top priority. From the ski slopes to the trails, she’s deeply connected to the heart of Montana, embracing its natural beauty with passions for skiing, hiking, boating, camping and soaking in outdoor concerts under the Big Sky. After spending some time away, Lexi is thrilled to be back in the same town as all three of her children, all who have attended Montana State University.
