Faculty Learning Communities are communities of practice formed around topics such as online teaching, writing groups, integrated learning, active learning, and others.

Early Career Faculty

This year-long learning community consists of monthly 1.5-hour sessions structured around a central theme connected to MSU’s land-grant mission, relevant topics for new faculty

Women in STEM/SBS

The goal is to create an informal gathering of women faculty who can learn from campus leaders and each other throughout the year. We have monthly lunches with different visitors and topics of interest.

Writing Groups

We offer an information session at the beginning of each semester on the model we have used and begin putting people into groups. Contact cfe@montana.edu if you are interested.
