2026 Spring Leadership Summit: March 27-29, 2026

The Leadership Institute is excited to host the Spring 2026 Leadership Summit, March 27-29 in the beautiful Big Sky area!

This two-night retreat is designed for students who want to grow as leaders, build meaningful connections, and spend a weekend immersed in learning and community. Through interactive small-group sessions, hands-on activities, and meaningful conversations, you'll strengthen your leadership skills while connecting with an inspiring group of peers.

We'll share meals, explore the outdoors, and leave plenty of space for games, reflection, and fun. Whether you're already involved on-campus or looking for a place to kickstart your leadership journey, this weekend is an opportunity to rest, recharge, and return to campus with new ideas, new friendships, and renewed energy. We hope you'll join us! With questions, please contact: leadershipinstitute@montana.edu
