Re-registration Accountability Contract for courses dropped due to non-payment.
Here at Montana State University, we are still committed to helping you meet your educational goals.
This inforamtion is for students who have been dropped for non-payment for Spring 2025. If you wish to be added back into your courses for the term, please stop by 111 Montana Hall to fill out a Re-Registration Accountability Contract form. You will also need to talk with Student Accounts after being put back into your classes.
Please see your options below.
If you would like to get back into your classes for the current semester:
- You must fill out the re-registration contract in the Registrar’s Office in 111 Montana Hall.
- When the form is processed you may be added back into your classes and will have d2l access by the end of the day
- If you are expecting to receive financial aid, please contact the financial aid office to get your aid reinstated.
- To complete the process of reinstatement, contact student accounts at 121 Montana Hall to share your plan on paying for this semester.
- If you fail to contact student accounts, a hold will be placed on your account that will prevent access to your transcripts and hinder efforts to register in future semesters.
- Congrats! You’re back in your classes.
If you are an off campus student please contact our office at 406-994-6650 or registrar@montana.edu and we can send you the form to fill out.
If you do not want to be added back into your classes, this semester but would like to return for a future semester:
- Log into myinfo
- Select Student Services
- Select MSU Bozeman Online Intent to Register
- Fill out the intent to register and wait for an email from our office with information on registration!
