The Student Commons empowers students to build authentic community across differences while developing skills for advocacy and transformative change. We create a welcoming learning environment where all students can belong and thrive, find their academicvoice and purpose, and build supportive relationships through everyday connection and meaningful dialogue. Through educational programs, support services, and partnerships with students, faculty, staff, and community members, the Student Commons encourages engagement, expression, critical thinking, and the exchange of ideas that strengthen the classroom experience and campus culture.
