Sophia Bielsky

Director

Sophia brings extensive experience in building affirming communities and championing belonging to this role. She holds a BA in English and a minor in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Montana State University, where she gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant. Sophia co-founded the Inclusive Outdoors Project, where she created accessible outdoor programming and forged strategic community partnerships. Her professional experience includes facilitating leadership and community-building workshops, developing organizational assessment tools, and implementing sustainable, culturally responsive practices. A dedicated Bozeman resident who values lifelong learning, Sophia is passionate about building supportive communities where every student can flourish.

Abby Rodi

Lead Program Coordinator

Abby was born and raised in Montana and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Montana State University, where she conducted research on feminist art and its modernist and postmodern implications in challenging social gender norms. She is passionate about cultivating empathetic and welcoming communities where belonging is valued and individuality is celebrated. In her role at the Student Commons, Abby works to create supportive spaces and programs rooted in connection, curiosity, and fun!

Outside of MSU, you can find her performing stand-up comedy locally and across Montana, writing music, or binge-watching reality dating shows.

Eden

Eden Morin

Program Specialist

Eden MaliaMae Morin is a dedicated graduate assistant at Montana State University, currently pursuing her master’s degree in counseling. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in communication from the University of Montana. Eden has always had a deep passion for understanding and supporting people, which has naturally guided her academic and professional pursuits.
With a strong commitment to mental health and well-being, Eden is focused on creating meaningful connections and fostering inviting environments. Her work is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact, particularly in rural and underserved communities.
When she’s not immersed in her studies or assisting on campus, Eden enjoys spending time outdoors with loved ones and animals, as well as attending music festivals to recharge.

Junie

Junie Jack

Operations and Communications Coordinator
Junie is an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in art history at Montana State University. They have been pursuing art as a hobby since childhood, with a desire to share their love of art with a wide audience, with the hopes of eventually becoming a professor. Junie is passionate about preserving the history of art, specifically those they share a personal connection with. They are not only an art historian, but an artist that works in several physical mediums such as drawings, jewelry, etc.
 
Junie started their involvement with the Student Commons as a Student Ambassador, now a Program Coordinator. They enjoy decorating the space for upcoming events using their skills as an artist and dabbling in graphic design. They are devoted to supporting the on-campus community as well as the Commons staff!
 
Outside of MSU, Junie enjoys reading comics, making art, and spending time with their dog Bumble.

Allie

Allie Hinds

Events & Campus Education Coordinator
Allie is currently a senior graduating this fall with her bachelors in Psychology and a minor in English Literature. Throughout her time at MSU she has held multiple leadership positions including serving as a senator for the College of Letters and Science during the 2024-2025 school year. Allie has had a strong passion since a young age for providing a safe space for her peers to come to and believes that the Student Commons is one of the greatest environments for students to be able to be their authentic self's. With her role at the Student Commons, she hopes to be a person that students always feel like they can talk to whether it be something hard they are experiencing or even just discussing topics that students are passionate about. She is always happy to have opportunities to connect with other students and advocate for them in any way.
 
In her downtime, she loves to hike, spend time with friends and family, volunteering in the community, and chilling with her cat Gabby after a long day.
