What if I am a Student and an Employee or Faculty? |
If you are a Student and also an Employee, including GTA and GRA, you will have two logins for KnowBe4: one for your Student Account and one for your Employee Account. Make sure to log in to the appropriate account to complete the training. To ensure you receive credit for the trainings, please log in to the correct account. Trainings taken under the Student Account are not credited or recognized in the Employee Account. |

|
I receive reminders to complete my training, but when I log in, it tells me I have no trainings to complete. |
These notices are sent only to Employee Accounts, including Student-Worker (GTA & GRA). If you completed the training it is advising you did not complete, check if you completed it in your normal student account.
